Screws right on... part of my every two year service of my Aqua Hot. I do a full carbon clean of the burner dome, replace the Fuel Nozzle and all works with no smoke or fuss... NOTE: tighten down nozzle - back it off a half turn - retighten - seems to be the magic that make the install go well...

Great fuel nozzle and at a reasonable price, so I ordered 4 of them. It is recommended that you change the fuel nozzle yearly. We are full timers and rely on our Aqua Hot 450D heating system for hot water and heat. I service my unit fully in the fall. That also includes flushing out the Aqua Hot after draining the fluid in a couple of 5 gallon pails.. Then inspecting the hydronic fluid for dis-coloration. I also change the fluid every 2 years.
