It says it has 1 year warranty.. but after 9 months one of the electrodes didn't work.. I can't find the return option or any contact to address my queries.. plzz msg any mail ID to answer my doubts..

I'm writing this review after one week of using the Physiotrack Tens 4 channel machine. This machine works very well. The best part of buying this machine is the aftersale experience. I was facing minor issue in operating the machine. The customer care was very prompt in responding. Their engineer called back within a few minutes of registering the issue and sorted things out. I'm satisfied that I got a good product at a very reasonable price. The product is also excellent quality and heavy duty.

The machine not working and no out indicator is glowingFurther since I am having pain under my legs which is increasing so I need such a machine urgently so kindly arrange to replace this at the earliest possible
