HELLO DELICIOUS BASE TO EVERY DISH!!!! This is literally delicious. My broth came in a sturdy package that had no leakage. The quality of this brand is unmatched. The sodium content is a little high, but if you’re not on a high school diet if it’s constricted, then you don’t have to worry about that. It is not spicy at all, but it is very versatile. You can use it in any dish. Great value for the money great quality happy client.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much flavor it has straight from the carton. The broth has a savory chicken base with noticeable garlic, ginger, and soy notes that give it a richer taste than standard chicken broth. I also appreciated that it did not taste overly artificial or heavily processed. I used this broth as the base for ramen noodles with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, mushrooms, and shredded chicken, and it worked very well without needing a lot of extra seasoning. I still added a small splash of sesame oil and chili crisp for my own taste, but the broth already had enough depth to stand on its own. It also reheated nicely the next day without losing flavor. The aroma when I opened the container was very inviting and smelled much more like simmered broth than instant ramen seasoning packets. One thing I noticed is that the sodium level is definitely on the higher side, so I adjusted the rest of my ingredients accordingly. For me, that was not a dealbreaker because ramen broth is usually meant to be bold and concentrated; however, it would be a good brand extension to offer a lower-sodium version. I also liked that it was versatile enough to use beyond ramen. I tried a small amount when cooking rice and even used some as a base for a quick chicken soup, and both turned out very flavorful. The coated paperboard box container container was sturdy, easy to pour from, and fit neatly in my refrigerator after opening. They are recyclable with paper where we live, so that's a nice plus. For the price, this felt like a convenient shortcut that still delivered satisfying flavor without requiring hours of simmering stock on the stove. So tasty! I like making my own soup, don’t like canned processed soups. And this flavor is outstanding. Just the right combination of asian inspired flavors. Plus, real ingredients, not a bunch of chemicals & artificial ingredients. Good quality.

Excellent for soup base and tastes “exotic”. Use it for ramen noodles and chopped mixed veggies or chopped frozen collards…. Has become a family favorite. 4 stars only because it’s a little more cost than simpler broths.

so i got this to try. i will say it is amazing but the flavor is strong i do half this half reg broth in recipes. it tastes like garlic more than anything.

This stuff is excellent! As long as it’s available I’ll never use regular chicken broth again! It definitely has a more robust flavor which imo is better all around. It’s also a bit darker than chicken broth but the flavor is great! I have substituted chicken broth with this in a couple different dishes thus far including pasta and Parmesan risotto and it has really elevated it that much more. I refuse to return to using boring plain chicken broth again so long as this is available. What an excellent product but WHY DID IT TAKE YOU THIS LONG 😭

Broth is rather strong and overpowering. Had to water it down. But it is still flavorful for cooking. Use this broth to make ramen instead of just water. Or to make homemade soups.
