Good ACDELCO Quality, VERY Difficult to Install
I took these to my mechanic today to install on my 1996 Chevy 2-door Tahoe Sport 4x4. He told me over the phone that he would charge $45 to install them. He is retired and sold his shop a couple years ago...so, he did it at his house. He took the original 28-year-old ones off that no longer had the rubber bushings. He realized it was not going to be easy to install the new ones. He said he forgot mine is a 4-wheel drive and not a 2-wheel drive. He said a 4-wheel drive like mine has a much beefer suspension system and the sway bars are twice as thick which means you can't pry into position to compress it enough to get the bolt in. He used a floor jack under the front center, a floor jack under the wheel after taking off the front tires. He also used a 5 foot thick pry bar. Luckily, a couple of his younger helpers stopped by to help. The driver side was much harder to install because the suspension parts are different on that side and no lip to pry/lift under. It took about 3 hours and they finally got the driver side by disconnecting a tie rod to allow room to use a car jack to raise the sway bar more to get the link bolt in place. He said a 2-wheel drive would have only taken 20-30 minutes per side. I hope these new ACDELCO Sway Bars Links last as long as the originals!

MADE IN U.S.A. Fit great for 2004 Suburban
2004 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT AWD, Fit great!! I was replacing the sway bar bushings already so went ahead and bought these end links too. It does have to be compressed by either putting pressure with the jack on the bolt from underneath (I did it this way) or as some said by ratchet strap. They are made in USA anf is OEM AC Delco GM brand which worked great. Nice surprise was even though they are the "Advantage" and not the "Profesional" line Bushing are high quality and Bolts were premium (gold color) with that rust resistant coating to them.

BE AWARE!! 1999 GMC Suburban k1500
Time will tell if the links are made well, but for now they look and function well. For those of you who may have a 1999 GMC Suburban(the last year GMC called them that) KEEP AND REUSE THE ORIGINAL BOLT AND BOTTOM NUT AND WASHER if they're in good shape. The new components leave little to no threading for the new nut, whereas the original nut feeds through the washer a smidge allowing you to start threading the new link.

Part fit as described!
The original bottom of the bolt was fitted as well as the top nut had a short shoulder to guide nut into bushing. The new one is a bolt with a washer and nut. Bolts came the perfect length however at first glance you see that it looks like you do not have enough threads to get the nut on. Keep in mind the new bushings have not been compressed. I placed a hand Jack under the head of the bolt and jacked it up into place squeezing the bushings enough to get the nut on. Torqued to specs. The first one took me about 45 minutes. The second one took me 15 minutes. Part fit as described! 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500LS Ext. Cab, 4wd

Ratchet strap your best friend
I bought this set for my 17 year old truck. They aren’t the same as original but work good enough. The design is more universal bolt and nut versus the original had specially designed parts. The price was cheap enough to replace them. The reviews of the nightmare install did intimidate me a bit. I can’t do a lot after being cut in half in the chest. Thanks to one reviewer that mentioned using a ratchet strap to compress the sway bar down sure made it a lot easier. I did have to use the jack to raise the body without lifting the tire off the ground and therefore increase the gap to remove the old bolt and to place the new one. I put the ratchet strap on and compressed the sway bar toward the A arm until all was lined up correctly. Then lowered the jack and was easily able use the ratchet action to put the nut on. I did have a 1” strap from an HD set of 4. Just wasn’t strong enough and bent the ratchet mechanism. Had to toss that. I had another wider 1.5 or maybe 2” one with a larger ratchet mechanism which did the trick rather easily. Anybody should be able to replace with a better ratchet strap as mentioned.

Great value
It was easy to replace. And very good quality for the price. I replaced my sway bar links while I had my 04 Duramax front suspension apart for full rebuild. Looks nice and it fit well. Use a clamp if you have trouble getting it together upon installation. The sway bar can be very stiff when both links are disconnected.

Awesome price and fit. AC Delco always for my GM vehicles
This part is a genuine ac Delco part made in the USA stamped on the bushing material. You have to use a little ingenuity to install because the new bushings will need to be compressed slightly to give you enough threads to install the nut. The nut is of a locking variety, but is not the typical locking nut with nylon. I used a 12 inch piece of circular wood stock to keep the mounting bolt secure in the lower control arm while I used to pry bar on the top of the sway bar to compress the bushings and give me enough threads for the nuts. Also, cut the old ones off to save time and bleeding knuckles.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. However, they were abit too short for my 2003 GMC 2500 but I made them work. It said that they would fit my truck.
