Perfect Patch
These things work great and are super sticky to keep the Dexcom in place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful patch!
These patches are the bomb! The Dexcom was the answer to my blood sugar issues, but I have knocked it off by accident and when I get in the hot tub it comes loose. These adhesive patches were the answer to my prayers. The adhesive is so good that it keeps its attached until I am ready to remove it, and it comes off easily. I have recommended it to several of my friends and even shared this website with my Physician.

Easy to apply and very strong
My son uses these with his Dexcom G7 sensor. He says it's very easy to apply and stays on the entire time. Just go slowly when removing them as the adhesive is very strong, and always make sure to switch sites!

Stay on; Protect well; Itchy; Overall are better than what comes with Dexcom (stelo)
-first one tried worked great and had zero issues; lasted entire 15 days with no problems -second one had some issues, not staying on but ripping by the sensors pad and it would bubble up and tear on sides; next one did the same thing -but never came off, protects extremely well and still way better than what comes with the sensors -so easy to put on and get in place and really don't notice they are there at all -they get VERY itchy though to the point you want to rip it off sometimes, that is becoming a problem and only reason didn't give 5 stars. Could just be my skin perhaps though -overall they are excellent and should work extremely well for many -I leave them on until around 8-10 days then put the Dexcom shipped on on top to keep it from pulling away by the sensor as it has been and that works great so far -hate that the glue leaves that sticky colored spot but is what it is -definitely would recommend though take notice if they itch a lot might need to try another brand. Am only on my 4th one and 50% of the time the itching was bad but got through it

Highly Recommend, VERY happy, holds up for the full 15 day term of the Stelo life.
Fantastic, great adhesive patch for Stelo. Something that works well with NO deterioration at all for the full15 days. This is how I do it, I put on the Stelo, then the Stelo provided patch and then this Lexcam Patch over it. The Lexcam is large enough to cover the Stelo patch. Very adhesive and no need for me to ever search again for a patch. This one is a winner! I can't understand any negative reviews. Most important thing I do is to make sure to wipe down the area I put the patch on with rubbing alcohol which you should be doing.

People are different, so…
I have good luck with these. They don’t irritate my skin. They DO stick really well. The last sensor I removed had one of these on it. I will say that I was in a hurry when I put it on and didn’t trim my tummy before I applied the sensor and this over patch. Oh boy. That was painful to remove. Lol. But that’s a good thing. I do tech service for a company that makes adhesives/glues. So I should know better than to apply an adhesive patch (that can last for 10 days on human skin) over hair. I usually trim (and I’m not very hairy) before I apply these. And normally they peel off - taking a little effort, with no pain and no damage to the skin. But fair warning! They will pull hair that is longer than about 1/4 inch (5 or 6 mm). I’ve had no problem with them causing irritation. They stick well. They are easy to apply (they do include instructions - if you don’t read them and don’t get it right, that is YOUR problem. Don’t write a bad review because you don’t read.) I will continue to order these. Now, one thing I know from having done tech service in adhesives for 25 years is that not everyone reacts to things the same way. That is NOT the fault of the patch manufacturer. If your skin develops a rash when it comes into contact with this adhesive, that is unfortunate, but NOT anyone’s fault. It doesn’t mean this is a bad product. It just means it isn’t the right product for you. For all the people claiming it’s a poorly designed product, that’s like someone who is allergic to peanuts saying that peanuts are poison. No, they aren’t. That’s just the way things are. Sadly, no company can figure out what will work for every single person on the planet. They have to do the best they can to make a product that bonds well to most people’s skin, and doesn’t irritate or harm most people’s skin. If you aren’t “most people,” that is an unfortunate circumstance, but at the end of the day, it is YOUR problem and not anyone else’s. Don’t be so ego-centric to rant over what a “horrible” product it is and maybe keep someone (like myself) from being able to use these helpful over-patches. Just say they didn’t work for you, state why, and move on. But if you are like me, and probably 90% or more of the rest of the population, these are a great over-patch that does exactly what it claims it does.

The very best patches. Easiest to apply, long lasting, easy to remove.
These are the best patches I've ever used. I've had other, prettily designed patches, but lately, those brands haven't been sticking for longer than 5 days. One old faithful brand now says it's just for decoration and no longer claims to keep the device secured. One still claims it is for keeping the device secured, but it only works for 5 days now, too. Lexcam has been keeping my device secured for 10 days. Lexcam is the very easiest to secure! Other brands have several pieces to remove in order to attach them. This is supposed to aid in application, but it often results in the tape sticking to your hands and/or sticking to itself, which sometimes renders it unusable. Lexcom tape covers easily come off and easily attach to the device with no trouble. Better still, they are easily removed when it's time. No painful peeling off and no visible damage to my skin. Hooray! These come individually wrapped in a resealable pouch. Overall, a great product.

The Patch That You Cannot Snatch - Without An Ouch!
Lexcam Adhesive Patches are easy to apply for securing a Dexcom CGM post insertion. Once placed over the device and pressed against the skin, it's not going anywhere. Normal bumps or clothing snags won't risk dislodging the sensor. These patches are transparent and water tight and can be worn with confidence. My issue is that when it's time to replace the CGM, you have to be prepared for a wold of pain. It is seriously very difficult to remove the patch without taking a lot of skin cells with it. Applying baby oil to the patch prior to removal helps to a limited extent, but the process of replacing these patches is exceptionally challenging and downright painful. I have had to stop using them after two CGM replacements because I cannot continue to subject myself to that much discomfort.
