Great for healing—worth every penny! I bought this red light therapy lamp to help my husband recover after his rotator cuff surgery, and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made during this whole process. We were looking for something to support healing and reduce inflammation between physical therapy appointments, and this has made a noticeable difference. The lamp is really easy to use—we set the timer and brightness level (usually around level 6 or 7), and he just sits under it while watching TV or relaxing with TikTok. The flexible neck and adjustable height make it super convenient to position exactly where we need it, whether he’s in the recliner or lying on the couch. After a few weeks of consistent use, he says his shoulder feels less stiff and sore, and I’ve noticed he’s sleeping better too. We also love that we can use it for other things—I’ve started using it on my knees after long days, and even for a little skin boost! Setup was simple, the included goggles are a nice touch, and it feels sturdy and well-made. If you’re dealing with post-surgery recovery or chronic pain, I highly recommend giving this a try before shelling out for expensive treatments. It’s been a huge help for us!

I bought several sizes from Amazon for our homes and for my spa. Value is great! Simple easy to assemble design and size is perfect. I recommend to do this daily for 15-20 minutes. I think it helps with skin healing, joints etc

OMG! I love love this. I tried it last night on my legs which I am currently experiencing a bad breakout of Eczema on them and for once my legs did not bother me all night and now into this afternoon so far. And the red lights are so comforting and relaxing. So tonight I am going to concentrate on my arms which also has Eczema. And rotate back and forth because I want to heal this crap. But these lights are so good for healing your skin and help with stretch marks, acne and who knows all the possibilities. I recommend using this one and it affordable and so easy to set up.

I'm not 100% sold on the idea of red light therapy, but I don't see any harm in trying it. This lamp is well-made, and it gives off a bright light. It comes with shades, which you will need when directing the light towards your face. I can't say anything about improvements with pain or skin just yet, but I can say that I find bathing in this light to be relaxing lol.

I have a lot of spinal issues and inflammation. Along with RA. I just got it in last night. It was a quick set up. I was able to lay on the bed and allow it to glow on my back. It has a timer and i actually fell asleep and woke up and it had turned itself off. Im in less pain today which is crazy. Its sort of like storing a lamp so it takes up some space but i love it already. I already turned it on this morning for my dog. She had terrible arthritis also. Im excited to use it again tonight.

Very nice & works good

arrived promptly & easy to assemble. its not a magic cure all, as some reviews suggest, but i didn't expect it to be. I'm trying it out for the long term benefits, until its debunked or the protocols are changed. at worst it won't hurt anything & can add structure to your day.
