Growing up, Lactacyd was always a staple in our feminine hygiene routine, so I’m quite familiar with the product. When I first opened the box, it was well-packed but not sealed. As you can see in the picture, the bottle’s length is shorter than my watch. When I opened the bottle, I expected the familiar scent of Lactacyd, but instead, I noticed a sweet floral fragrance. This made me hesitant to use it, as gynecologists have always warned against using scented products "down there." I would have preferred the original scent for reassurance, but I’m not sure if this is a new formula, as it’s been years since I last bought Lactacyd. Despite my reservations, I decided to give it a try. At first, I wasn’t feeling great about it, partly due to the floral scent, and I was worried about a possible UTI. To be safe, I made sure to supplement with probiotics like yogurt and drank cranberry juice. To my surprise, the product seems to be working well. This is only my third day using it, but so far, so good. I’ll update if anything changes.
