Tried several styles of toe cushions and these held up and were comfortable
I bought several styles of these at the same time to try and these are the type which held their shape but were comfortable with some 'give' against my toes without feeling obviously bulky. I needed them for 1 shoe since my feet are almost a full size different and a really cute pair of flats just wasn't staying on the smaller foot. Pushed this up into the toe area and it also nicely maintains the shape of the shoe's toe box when walking so they don't look obviously too big on that side. Worked well for me

It's covered by a silky fabric, so you won't be worry if your toes might make holes on the sponges. It can cover about 0.5 to 1 size smaller for your late shoes.
