Yes, I am giving it 5 stars, even I had to return it. Great computer, great value, fast, silent, quick shipping. The computer had an apparent hardware issue, as even after updating drivers and firmware, reinstalling Win 11, it still crashed every 15-20 minutes, with my favorite blue screen of death, informing me that there is no hard drive in the machine. I returned it, but ordered the same one. A bad part can happen to any manufacturer, I want to believe that the next will be flawless.

This is brilliant & fast. The product main storage/memory & SSD drive had been updated to the fastest versions (as promised) & everything repackaged as new. All the software promised was installed and worked immediately. For ease of management, I used the Windows Disk Manager to create a second (D:) drive on the internal SSD, & reduced the size of the C: drive to a half terabyte. All my data will be going onto the D: drive. There is no documentation for this HP desktop, in the box, or online. The USB sockets at the front are blazing fast USB2 & USB3 sockets. The tiny emblems printed in the photo tell you what is what. The back has very few sockets. A few USB sockets are at the back. They seem to be mainly USB2 speed. I use them for accessories like keyboard or mouse. For the USBC sockets at the front, you'll need to get a USB3 extension & possibly a splitter/adapter. I chose to get USB-C extenders & splitter. My old PC had a large internal eSATA hard drive. I bought an extreme SATA enclosure from Amazon, pulled out the drive from the old PC. Everything plugged in & worked perfectly. Moving all my data over to the new HP was easy (Using a USB3 connection to the external enclosure).

This computer works great it replaced my window 10 so I need one for window 11. I’m still learning a lot more stuff to do with it, but I love it.

I use this machine primarily for business, but occasionally do some photo editing and graphic design. There is no lag at all when loading large files. As far as a plug-and-play machine goes, this one performs well. Its paired with a 32" 4k OLED monitor, the resolution is amazing.

Well, since Amazon likes to censor your reviews, unless you give actual good reviews to get posted! So I will say this I finally hooked up this computer so I can take a couple weeks seems to be running really good performance wise update wise no issues so far with the mouse or keyboard though I don’t really I’m not fine for a wireless keyboard or mice I wish you would’ve came with a manual just for because I like to have manuals and everything I buy Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to do. We’ll just see how the warranties hold up. They stated that they paid P online services to more ties what they added to the machine as well as HP warranty should give me two extra years plus additional three year Asurion However, I think they kind of combine them all just not really getting a deal on that aspect for the most part computers holding up

beware third HP in 2 years failed at 5 months or less. timeline bought a large frame desktop august of 2024. by 5 months old it froze up completely - I fought what I assumed a software issue for three days with slow reinstall of windows via internal recovery. that worked for a couple months with some glitching. a repeat of total die. I asked HP for help and basically got ghosted. based on the fact I had a previous HP last 8 years. I bought a refurbished HP ( NEVER do that unless you are a gambler who enjoys pain ) - returned that one. and kept using the software issue one I am typing on at the moment - yes it still has issues which turned out to be hardware – the hard drive not the motherboard also. continue timeline. sept. 2025 I bought a much more expensive one this is is the current reviewing one dead at 5 months old - under warranty - catastrophic failure - not software but motherboard hardware issue. had been intermittent but then total flashing black then back every few seconds. it was NIGHTMARE getting any response from HP support. once I got their attention it was well hook it back up - find a monitor - etc.. '' we have to test it remotely'' well a borrowed monitor keyboard mouse etc later. they remote tested it and announces yes it has a problem I could only reply in flashes of maybe 2 key strokes between blackouts. then 'session ended'' after FIVE hours of fighting them on the phone and other computer. I needed a break, I am diabetic and crashed myself. We resumed the wait and fight the next day. next they had NO record of the testing as that agent failed to report it so we have to do it all over again. several escalation asking to supervisor they had to run me through the we had to test - - squawk no we can’t won’t help without doing it all over again – squawk parrot reading from the script no actual help . Next couple hours wasted they finally said yes it has a problem. they are mailing a box for me to pack up and drive the 50 miles each way to fedex.. digest version HP quality has gone to jades and support - they hope you give up and toss it in the pond.

The product I received was not as advertised, it was missing the boxed copy of Win 11 Pro, however I did received the Adata USB drive. If I received all of what was displayed I would not have returned the product.

Great buy. Very fast and quiet. I also like the compact design.
