I realized the matching polished mounted plates were wrapped in the packaging!
I started a return because I thought the mounting plates were these ugly unmatching stainless plates. I later found he beautiful, polished and matching (oil rubbed bronze) mounting plates wrapped in the packaging. I am please now and I do not want to return them.

Strong. Fits decor. Easy to install.
Looks great and fit our decor needs. Strong. Someday the house will fall down but this doorway will be the last thing standing. The provided screws for install were typical -- soft phillips wood screws easy to strip the heads going into harder wood. We used our own hardened screws and a power driver.

It's perfect for my step-in shower! Looks good and does the job it was meant to do. I can't speak for the installation as that was done by my contractor. I didn't hear any complaints, so expect they had no installation problems.
