Ivory white is a nice off white color. Material feels nice, almost like real leather. We were able to open and close without any issues. One of the pillows was missing a velcro strap. But overall nice. Mattress is pretty comfortable and noiseless. Delivery by XCO was on time. Couch arrived packaged in all kinds of material (cardboard, plastic, styrofoam) and took a good 30 minutes to unpackage. There will be lots of trash to throw away. In closed condition the couch is also very comfortable as well both to sit and nap. I am 5'10" and fit very well. In terms of looks it is OK, but not gorgeous, but for priced $696 it looks pretty good. Unless you're willing to spend twice or more, I'd say this couch is pretty damn nice.
