It has nonfat dry milk. When I bought it I was hoping it didn't have milk in it, but it does.

can I use this in the keurig 2.0 model 560?

You can now. It doesn't need anything more than the white ring around the top of the cups. It's a simple stupid thing that Kuerig did to try to monopolize. As if the 200+ machines aren't making enough $$$. Can't blame them but there's plenty of simple hacks already. But all you need for 2.0 is the white ring. Most have already figured it out and produce their cups accordingly. You can also save one Kuerig foil top and use on top of non K cups.

How many caloris per one serving?

The box lists 60 calories per serving. It does include sucralose, an artificial sweetener. This is a delicious hot chocolate, better than Swiss Miss.

I go through phases where I love a hot chocolate in the evening. These are by far the best kcup option I've found. Very rich and full flavored without being overly sweet. Just a lovely deep chocolate flavor. I add a bit of half and half for a slightly creamier taste after my mug is brewed. Try with confidence.
