Other than that, it's good to have an extra pair of scissors in my desk draw. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality, easy to deploy, action is reliable. Slick piece of kit. *by D***E on February 9, 2026* I bought these to throw in my "dad bag" kit. I use this to cut up food for easier bite sized morsels for my toddler (e.g. noodles, veggies, etc.). I also carry kid-friendly utensils (small fork/spoon with case and training chopsticks, silicone straw). These scissors are much, much better than other folding scissors (Stickyle, Fiskars), and the form factor is really nice. The full lock position can be a little fiddly, but when you fully lock (pinch the handles closed), it feels secure. Spring is strong enough and the blades lock in extended position better than other sliders I've tried. Open/close mechanism works well, and they're easy enough to clean. I haven't run them through the dishwasher yet, but i haven't had any rusting issues or indication of sub-par metal alloys.
