Better than expected!
Don’t worry, they are legit. I was nervous because a lot of the reviews were saying that this was a knock off product, but what I received was exactly what I ordered and it was in good condition. Callebaut is a premium Belgium chocolate so they are just more expensive. They were delivered in a thermal bag with cold packs.

Yummy, big-size chocolate chips
Good, big-sized dark chocolate chips with 54.5% cocoa. Less sweet in comparison to milk chocolate. The melting point is more than milk chocolate and less than dark chocolate with 70% or more cocoa content. Rich chocolate flavor with a smooth texture. I love to add them to brownies, muffins, waffles, and chocolate ice cream. Happy with the product.

Stale old chocolate
This chocolate is usually good and fresh. But today’s delivery was not fresh. The chocolate looked old and stale when I opened it. The chocolate and the brand itself is amazing. The way it’s being stored and respirated is obviously not ok.

Liquid chocolate received
The chocolate came in liquid form as no care was taken to either source it locally and delivery nor to ensure something that requires refrigeration is transported accordingly! Expensive chocolate and just a mess delivered!

Good product!
Good product, useful for baking, but can also be enjoyed as is. The flavour is mild with perfectly balanced medium dark chocolate and sweetness. I was impressed by the packaging, not a single piece was melted. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
