I think they only sell higher % to commercial customers. **Q: is this product fake?** A: I 1st used this Body Wash at a hotel. I loved it. I found it again on Amazon and ordered it. It has the same aroma and consistency as the small hotel bottle. I believe it to be authentic. I hope you enjoy it too. **Q: Does the pump screw off to refill?
