Quick delivery from the US, arrived 3 days quicker than expected. Ordered the smaller one for the 12” Gozney Roccbox pizza oven. I used the Detroit pizza recipe from “Alexandra cooks” did the par bake, then added the topping, The Pan worked perfectly the non stick was just that, and the ciabatta style pizza base just slid out. Just ordered another pan, so I can prep two at the same time for when friends come. So take that as a recommendation. Really is superb, (hyperbole over) thoroughly recommend this item. Takes some prep for the Detroit recipe but that is not the pans fault. Makes for a pleasant change to the Neapolitan pizzas. That Frico really is good!

The only pizza tray to use for Detroit style pizza! Gets super hot allowing the bottom of the pan to bake the bottom of the pizza to perfection. Crisp and brown base with a crispy cheese wall up the sides. The coating means you don’t need to preseason the pan which is ideal! And makes it so much easier to clean. Will be ordering the bigger version soon.

These pans are the very best I have found for making deep pan pizza. They are heavy duty rolled steel with an excellent seasoning straight from the first bake. These are the standard size for most of the recipes I’ve found, taking roughly 450-500g of dough. They are quite expensive, but if you love deep pan you won’t find better pans for baking. Mine took a few days to come as they are imported from the US via Europe, but well worth the wait. Don’t be fooled by cheaper alternatives these are the business

These pans aren’t cheap in the UK and I held off for so long, trying various other baking trays. Having finally been convinced to give them a go by many in the pizza community, I can say they are absolutely, without question worth the hype. The quality of the nonstick coating is absolutely top notch and the tapered sides allow for a really easy release of the “frico” on Detroit Style Pizza. As I say, not cheap but feel like they’ll last forever - so a fair price for high quality.

well made although not steel just looks like it. have used for other uses than a pizza pan. Ideal for Rocbox as larger size will not fit

I bought this to make Detroit-style pan pizza, but it was smaller than I expected (my fault) so I bought another larger one as well. However, this does make a very good smallish pan pizza, and is also useful for roasting vegetables. I've used it a lot, and it hasn't stuck at all yet.

Been looking into cooking Detroit style pizza for a while, glad I took the plunge, it wasn’t cheap but the original is always the best, made great pizzas, very sturdy and easy to clean. Just wish I had purchased this earlier now , will be getting another
