Can the S2 connect and work with Baseus N1 Homebase?

Currently, the S2 model does not support pairing with the Homebase. This feature will be added in a future update.

How many hours of daily sunlight are required to operate it?

It significantly enhances motion detection accuracy and coverage while greatly helping to reduce false alarms triggered by things like swaying leaves, light changes and shadows, or heat combined with motion (e.g.,hotwind).

Facial recognition isn’t working properly. What should I do?

Recognition is affected by lighting and distance. For optimal daytime performance, keep within 6–9 ft (2–3 m). Range is shorter at night due to limited infrared light. Fast movement may also reduce accuracy.

Why isn’t motion detection being triggered?

The motion detection range has certain limitations, particularly at longer distances or non-frontal angles. Ensure the camera is installed with a clear, unobstructed field of view.

Why can't I connect the camera to my Wi-Fi?

The camera does not support 5GHz or combined dual-band networks.
