Very happy I bought this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent machine, instructions could be better, automatic cleaning not fully comprehensive *by T***N on 29 December 2025* This is an excellent machine. It is very straightforward to use and produces great ice-cream. I'm really happy with it over all. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because of two shortcomings: 1. The instructions are very poor: they are not fully comprehensive (idiot-proof) and there is a random element to the order they are organised in. Additionally, the text is so small that it is a challenge to read, especially the numbers in circles. 2. The "automatic cleaning" function isn't fully comprehensive. If you follow the instructions, it requires far more than 5 cycles for the water to run clear, which is tedious. The automatic cleaning function is adequate for leaving the machine overnight. If you are going to leave it out of use for longer than a day or two, you need to disassemble the unit fully to clean the parts properly. With experience, I have developed my own process for cleaning and have documented it so that I don't forget in the long periods between use, so now cleaning is pretty straightforward.
