Next you’re going to find the string on one end of the tampon. Grab the string and pull it tight from left to right and top to bottom. This widens the base of the tampon, creating a nice and protected pocket for your finger. Which is great because your finger plays a starring role in our next step: Inserting the tampon. Step 2 Now, please place your index finger in the little pocket. Again this pocket will help keep your finger clean and protected as you insert the tampon. Now with your thumb and middle finger get a firm hold on the tampon. Next stand with one leg up (rest your foot on the toilet or bathtub) or sit on the toilet. Step 3 Take a deep breath to relax. With your free hand, gently hold open the skin around the vaginal opening. Now take the Sirona ® tampon, and with the full length of your index finger, ease it into your vagina, aiming toward your lower back. When the tampon is in the right place, you won’t feel it. Tampons are amazing!

This brand is super awesome, using their tampons from last 1 year. Use different sized tampons according to the day and flow. One thing I didn't liked is that during the 5th or 6th day the tampon of smallest size is not full by 8 hour. So That's why i had to switch to menstrual cup. But for initial days it's really good!!

A very good product

I have always been using sanitary pads for the last 20 years. It’s been a year and a half since I have been using tampons and Sirona works beautifully. I am more comfortable in a Sirona tampon rather than a sanitary pad now-a-days. I have just request to the makers, please make the removable plastic of the tampon an easy one to remove. I generally need a scissor to open the plastic of each of the tampon, which is not convenient when I am travelling somewhere. Other than this the product is very very good.

After 3 months use & reorder

I have medium to heavy flow based on period days & for me it's good for upto 6 hours on first 3 days, after that it lasts for 8 hours at ease. Comfortable & strong strings. I just wish they made the plastic packing easier to open. It's nearly impossible to open if ur hands are not dry! Also please make a 30/40 a box. This 20 doesn't even last me 2 months!
