I ordered the Sprig Habanero Premium Wood-Aged Hot Sauce from Amazon, and overall, I really like it. The sauce has a very natural taste, which is something I genuinely appreciate. The spiciness is well-balanced — it has a nice kick without being overly hot, so you can actually enjoy the flavor along with the heat. One thing I did notice is that the vinegar taste is quite prominent. It adds tanginess, but at times it slightly overpowers the spice. Personally, I would have preferred it to be a bit less tangy and more spicy. However, I understand that the vinegar probably helps with shelf life, so it makes sense. Despite that, it’s a high-quality product and definitely worth trying if you enjoy flavorful, natural-tasting hot sauces.

Hot and flavorful, zesty- I like it!

The sauce tastes really good in of itself. Good bit of heat on the spice as well. Suprising thing was it doens't muck up if it's been in the fridge like some other sauces. Flows decently even when cold!

The proportion of vinegar is way too high. Flavor is dominated by vinegar you do still feel spicy hot but vinegar it’s a little bit too much.

For the Indian household this is definitely packed with a lot of flavour and hits The Indian palate very well. Not only that but it is very close to the authentic habanero sauce so I really appreciate sprig for coming out with this sauce. All I can say is thank You Sprig

This is more like a sour sauce than a hot sauce, I'm not saying it's not good - if you like sour stuff - you would like this - but I was expecting a hot sauce.

Amazing sauce.

Similar flavour profile of a normal hot sauce like sriracha but surprisingly has a distinctive taste overall. Heat is very moderate it has heat but nothing in comparison to bhoot jolokia sauce. A great condiment to have in the fridge And as always the bottle looks exceptional.

This does NOT have any kosher certification on it!

Love the balanced flavor

This is perhaps the best tasting hot sauce I've had and my experience covers trying various sauces in the USA. It's not the hottest sauce and the the bottle is a bit small. However, the flavour notes that it achieves really heightens the enjoyment of the food to which it has been added. I shall be buying this again.

crazy salty can not be combined with already salted food. inedible. not as hot eaither. but cool bottle shape n design. i like that it is from india india has good products...this one not so much. i write cause you can improve product in this way

If you are building your chilli tolerance and moving up the scoville scale like I am, this is the perfect middle ground for any chilli head! I found that 50,000 scu was not spicy anymore then I moved to this and it is perfect for the flavour, spice and endorphin rush for any chilli head! Will be buying again as I'm am going through it quite fast after one meal.
