It's valuable for the money. Easy to use and swallow. Doesn't have a taste. Size is not bad... It's very effective. I was taking 3 of the extra strength gas x twice sometimes 3 times per day to help me with gas. My new medicine causes me to have awful awful gas. This is 1 in the morning and at night. It's helped me feel better. A lot less bloated. A lot more happy 😁

These work fast and the 500mg dose is noticeably more effective than the regular strength version. I deal with bloating fairly frequently and keeping these around has made a real difference. The softgels are easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste. They kick in within about 15 to 20 minutes in my experience. The 20 count is a good size to keep in your bag or medicine cabinet. If you have ever felt like regular Gas-X was not quite enough, these are worth trying.
