I have now been using this product for six months. My observation 1) I dont have any digestion issues. Also may be because I ensure I take a lot of fibre. Fibre is essentially for digestion when we are taking protein rich food. 2) I saw my weight increase by 1 to 1.5Kg but I also saw my muscle mass percentage increased by 150bps and fat reduced by same percentage. From my research I understood Creatine helps cells retain water more to help workout. I did my blood tests, triglycerides had come down so it correlated with gaining muscles more. 3) For first 1 month I didn't see much difference other than small weight gain. But slowly ( around 4 months of taking this) my endurance had improved,my muscles gains were visible, and I could increase the weights I was lifting. I am very surprised with some negative reviews here. Labdoor certification is very reliable. This is a good supplement to take

Bad product - caused excessive bloating - granular doesn’t dissolve at all in water most of the time half of it is sticking in the glass Avoid not worth the cheap price…I experienced massive bloating after using it…now don’t know how to get rid of bloating. Didn’t see any improvement in energy levels etc.. switching back to more reliable brands

It's been almost a month now and I feel a little bit of surge in my strength. Initially had some digestion issues but everything is fine now.

I was quite sceptical before getting this as this one offered the cheapest creatine among all the well known brands... which made me think about the quality but I'm impressed now. It's finely micronised which makes it easy to absorb and although it takes atleast 21-22 days for creatine to get saturated in the muscle tissue, I can already feel the improvement in my strength. If you're a beginner, start with consuming 3g daily with one glass of water... Either mix in a glass of water or just take a scoop in your mouth and swallow it with water. Consume good amount of water daily stay hydrated. All the best 👍.

3 star cause the package was in bad condition and how it came isn’t like the new design the one,they show and I placed order on yes this my only complaint other than that the creatine deliver quite good

Best creatine monohydrate. Mixability in normal temperature water is good, but not in cold water. Best pump and muscle growth, if you are saturated. Tasteless which is good. Easy digestion without any issue.

No difference taking for 1 month in starting there was some bloating but not now no cramps experienced though it's cheap for me it hasn't proved value for money taste is tasteless dissolves in hot milk and water in cold not dissolves easily which is a good thing I guess

ONly after one has bought poor quality supplement can one truly appreciate a good quality one. This is highly effective, but the crystals don't dissolve completely. Nevertheless it's a good product.
