The machine will pay for itself with just four uses at my store. *by S***E on June 20, 2019* Compared to the $800/quarter I was paying for a professional crew to come clean my carpets this machine will pay for itself in a year - not to mention the convenience of having the machine here in my store for spot cleaning. The owner's manual could have broken down operating instructions a little more in depth, but once I figured everything out and explained the running process to my crew, everything was great. You can tell this is a quality American made product and I am very happy with how solid everything feels and works. As a side note not pertaining to the product itself: After a billing issue between Amazon and my bank I got a hold of support and was put in contact with someone at JaniLink. They had already loaded the machine on a pallet but were still able to accommodate me by cancelling the original order and letting me re do it with the correct card. Still managed to get it to me on the same original delivery date. Good people from what I can tell.
