Accurate but needs cleaning once a week.* After about two months of usage, now it feels very smooth initially I was not too happy. It's expensive but worth it. Very comfortable for large hands( I have large hands). I use without restpad which did not suit me. The bearings are tiny and made of plastic so not sure about durability.Scoll wheel is better than any mouse scrolls. Large and grippy. It gives you amazing feel due to large size. Scroll wheel is not excellent due to POOR quality bearings but much better than tiny scroll wheel on mouse.Left and RIght buttons are again large and tactile need getting used to. They are meant to slightly hard otherwise there could be false clicks by mistake. No complaints here. Using the downloaded Kensignton tool, I have made dual click as 'drag' and it is very very helpful.***** giving it 5 stars as it is the best product in this range and nothing else comes close in spite of it's shortcomings. Most other trackballs have smaller balls which is not what a trackball should have. Scroll ring is unmatched too in spite of it's flaws.
