So far it handles carrots, ginger, apples, celery with ease. The pulp is very dry. Making cashew milk in it was so much easier with this machine. The strainer used for the juice, is also the one you use for the nut milk. Sorbet cup is separate. I haven't tried that yet, but this was definitely worth 150.
