Is cooking with no oil possible? Also, what is the non stick material made from

I use these pots for soups and stews so no oil or butter is needed. Sometimes i will braze meat for the stew in the pot then add other ingredients. However i use olive oil or butter. I have never had any problem with clean up, most of the time i hand was them with no issues. Not sure what the non stick finish is but it works great. These are the real deal!
