These little snack crackers are a real surprise! They're tasty and crisp and make a great snack when you want something crunchy. And they're actual food - cauliflower! Well, no, you can't count it as a vegetable, but still, they're made with healthy ingredients and they're very good!

If you are looking for a yummy, crunchy, savory snack, free from allergens and animal products, and made from quality ingredients, these are a great option! These crackers do not taste like traditional cheese crackers so if making the comparison, you will be disappointed.... however, they are tasty in their own right and I have a hard time not consuming the entire box in one sitting. I have tasted similar products by other ‘health food’ brands and prefer the taste of these crackers the most. I definitely will be purchasing regularly.

They are good for a crunch....taste pretty good...but I smell cauliflower .....but that said that’s what they are made of. Once I start eating them, I get used to the cauliflower smell and enjoy them. If you could figure out a way to mask the smell....

Absolutely love the cauliflower cheddar crackers, stalks and pretzels, esp the crackers. My nutritionist is supportive with me using these as my eve snack. I do find they are very expensive (I use Amazon) so when I see them in a supermarket I tend to buy 5-6 bags. I have recommended them to many friends that they are good eve snacks ...I count them out in advance as they are tough to “eat just one”........

I'm no newbie to "health foods" and admit that sometimes healthier versions of your once-favorite foods can lack flavor or offer a different texture, appearance, or scent than expected. Simply put, the healthier options don't always live up to our hopes or expectations. With these crackers, however, I didn't have any hopes and just expected them to be a savory treat I could add to my lunch or have as a snack by itself. With little in mind, I was excited to buy a gluten free cracker that I could add to my pantry of yummy foods. Sadly, that wasn't the case. The smell of these crackers ("cheese" variety) was enough to make me cough when I opened the bag. It literally smelled like sweaty socks. I've eaten- and LOVED- other vegan, gluten free snacks that were "cheese" flavored, so I know it's possible to offer a tasty vegan alternative to such a flavor profile. Unfortunately, that was NOT the case with these wretched crackers. I'm so disappointed with this purchase. Our local stores don't carry them, so the only way I could try this product for the first time was to order them online. Now I'm stuck with a half dozen boxes that I can't even donate to the local food pantry with peace of mind. My husband and I basically do rock, paper, scissors to see who has to eat the next serving as we make our way through the stash. I gain no pleasure from writing a negative review because I know teams of people worked hard to create what they believe is a good product, but I felt duped by this purchase and severely regret buying several boxes before trying one from another (likely more expensive) online source. They dont taste very vegetabley to me and they are absolutely coated with flavor powder. Like every bite is a jackpot. If you don't like salty snacks, this is not for you. I crave salt moreso than anything else so this meets and surpasses my cravings and expectations. Wish they were cheaper.

It tastes great but unfortunately I did not read the fine print. I get acid reflux from milk protein and these are processed on the same equipment as milk. Normally the usual “made in the same facilities as ...” disclaimer isn’t noticeable for me, but after two boxes, I am comfortable saying that there’s enough contamination there to notice for sensitive people.
