Review: worth it - Got this on woot for $29.99 last week and I am so far really impressed witht he quality of it. I didn't have issues following the engrish instruction manual, but to be fair I only looked at the pictures. It's a simple machine to use and seems like the only durabiltiy issue may be with the bungee cords that provide resistance. Places like McMaster Carr sell replacement in bulk though, so I think this machine whould be in service for a long while.

**Q: Are the resistance bands available for purchase separately if they break or get lost?**
A: I don't know. Check with the seller or manufacturer.

**Q: Is this appropriate for an older, out of condition and somewhat overweight person? (5'4" 175 lbs) with some previous cardiac issues?**
A: Because of the abilty to change the resistance and use your arms or legs this equipment will not be a good to use. It is always a good idea to check with your doctor if you think it will pose any issues with your health

**Q: What is the resistance on each color?**
A: I'm sorry I don't have the manual i at hand--perhaps you can ask the vendor or see if google has the manual online.
