can it show all sensor temperatures at the same time?

Yes...there is a sub-menu that is called "Sensors" and when opened it shows them all on one screen on the t'stat. Also on the phone app is can see all sensors on one screen

Is this compatible with a heat pump?

Yes. I am using mine for a ground source heat pump. Thermostat has connection terminals for reversing valve, 2 stages of heat, and 2 stages of cooling.
