Seem to work great in a variety of applications
I am using two different sets of these. The first set anchors down my RV/Hunting camp which is permanently parked at my hunting lease. I have anchors at all 4 corners and they hold in the ground very well. I put these in the ground, then returned a couple weeks later after some rain passed and packed the ground a little and installed some turnbuckles to be able to make the lines extra tight. The anchors are tight and they have not come up any in over two years of holding. The second set of these are being used to anchor down a 4X8 Deer Hunting Box stand that is 10 ft. in the air on a ridge top. The location of this particular stand makes it vulnerable to high winds and this home build stand is very heavy (and was expensive to build). These anchors seem to be hold the stand up just fine. )The legs of the stand are supported using Elevator Deer Stand brackets.)

Used as Trampoline Anchors
These worked great for anchoring a 10 x 15 trampoline we purchased for our daughter. Plenty of cable packed with 8 wire rope clips. Just use a crowbar to twist the anchors in the ground, run the cable through the eye and around the trampoline frame and you have a very secure tie down. This anchor kit was much cheaper than others I looked at and made very well compared to others that were 40% more $$$.

Trampoline is still there.
The instructions for this product don't detail how to use it with a trampoline (instead showing you how to secure a small building, like a shed), but the tie downs are easy to install. We have hard, rocky ground and the anchors went in much better than I thought they would with a crowbar. The anchors are larger and burlier than you'd guess from looking at the picture. The wiring isn't cut to length - you'll have to cut it yourself with bolt cutters or wire snips plus decide how best to wire it through your trampoline frame (we found that we had to wrap the wire up through the top part of the trampoline as the tubing sitting on the ground wasn't actually attached to the rest of the tramp!). There is more than enough wiring for the four anchors, and includes screw down bolts to tighten it. So far, the trampoline has survived several major windstorms, the last with gusts of 60-70 mph, with sustained winds of 45 mph for 12 hours. I look out the window half-expecting the tramp to be gone in the morning, but it's still there, firmly attached to the ground! Price seems reasonable for what you get with this product. compared to some of the other sets I looked at and shipping was timely.

Very sturdy and adaptable
I screwed the anchors in here at the house. I have 8 to hold down my two 4โ wide tents. They are very sturdy. They have 4โ flighting (the helical blade), while some have only 3โ. (And some donโt say how big the augers are.) They screwed easily into the topsoil (of course) and when I hit the glacial till (as I always did) they were strong enough to bore down into it, though that part wasnโt easy, (I wiggled and turned and got all to go down to the eye) but it worked and the anchors withstood the stress. All of the anchors appear to be solidly embedded in the ground. I appreciated the generous length of cable supplied with each, along with the clamps.

Very solid -They are not coming back out
I bought this set to secure my tractor's 10x20 shelter logic canopy with the sidewall fabric that would dance all around on a windy day and would need to be reset. I could see that this was not going to work as the winter storm season approaches. These were a bit difficult to install but I think that is a good thing since they will not come out unless someone "unscrews" them from the earth using a bar. The first few inches I wasn't doing much but plowing the soil but with constant pressure with each turn it eventually bit and started pulling itself down. I used a large crescent wrench as a turning tool that I could grab with both hands. The trick to getting the cables tight is to leave a couple of turns on the ground stake. Measure, cut, and pull the cable as tight as you can using your hand. You'll need a small socket or wrench to tighten the nuts on the cable clamps. Once the cable is securely attached to each end, then continue to work the ground stake that last couple of turns to pull the cable nice and tight. Be sure to attach the cable to something solid on your target structure that can take the stress!! I used this set at each corner 45 degrees to pull from corner to corner. I have a set of four of those cheaper corkscrew type ground stakes and poly rope also I'm using along the side walls. I used a set of tent spikes driven into the pole feet to keep them from moving around. Now I'm ready for winter.

Good but stakes are worthless
Iโve used everything except for the stakes. The stakes doesnโt work with sandy soil. But the wire and clamps hold the strength. I replaced the stakes with a dog stake

Great Swing Set Anchor Kit!
My Neighbors children are grown and no longer use the swing set they had! So they give it to me for my Grandson who I supply the Day Care for! He is my little Buddy! He is 18 months old and to make him even more special he was born on Grandpas Birthday! So I wanted to be sure to Anchor the swing set, because other children, neighbor's Grand kids swing and slide with him! These are easy to install and secure it will! David H. Riley, New Berlin, Wi.

Strong anchor and cable
I used this set to anchor a small polycarbonate greenhouse but from the inside, not the outside. I believe that the cable is meant to go over the structure but this would not work for my set up so I have a fair amount of cable left over. The cable is very strong, hard to cut, and the the anchors are long and also very strong. A bit of a challenge to get these Into the ground. I imagine that it would be quite difficult in a stony soil. While challenging to set up, the set serves my purpose nicely and I am very confident that my greenhouse isnโt going anywhere. Highly recommend.
