The product was delivered with proper instructions and all the requisite attachments. The pack was also well over half-charged when it was delivered. It is nice and compact in size, so hardly take up any storage room in the car. The instructions were easy to understand, and the charger itself is very easy to assemble and use. It also comes with a handy drawstring storage bag to keep everything together. It is USB charged so I can plug it in to charge in the car or take indoors and charge like my mobile phone - all nice and easy. My car battery was fairly new, but I haven't used the car that much over the festive period and then there was a sudden, nasty drop in temperature so the battery had drained out and the engine wouldn't turn at all. But this charger worked like an absolute dream! I used it after a quick top up of the power pack (just to make sure) and the car turned over immediately - no problem at all. Fantastic! It was quite a relief - brilliant! I live in the middle of the country and my nearest garage is nearly 6 miles off, so professional help is not close by. Having this charger means I'm no longer reliant on jump leads and the kindness of others if this happens again. So all in all, the charger is well worth the price. It's now essential kit in the car - it gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Great device that is well worth the money. So far jumped an Audi a3 2 litre an a 1.4 Hyundai i20 that had flat batteries. It started them straight away without missing a beat and no struggling like you sometimes get with jumper cables on another car. The pack charged quite quick and came in the box with half battery. Box included the jumper cables module, usb charger without plug, and a carry bag. It’s about the size of a portable phone charger a bit larger than an iPhone pro max. It’s light weight and built very well. After starting the 2 cars it’s still at full battery so can see it lasting a while so gives peace of mind if you keep it in the car. Well worth the price and definitely more affordable than the other brands on the market charging double or triple the price. As it’s a power pack looks like you can also charge your phone from it using usb A as an output and also has an inbuilt small light. Highly recommend. Gave the AstroAI B8 Car Battery Booster Jump Starter 4 stars. Solid bit of kit and definitely worth having for peace of mind. Starts the car without needing another vehicle, which is a lifesaver. Compact enough to keep in the car and the built-in light is handy in the dark. Comes with everything you need as well. Only downside is it could hold charge a bit longer, but overall it’s reliable and does the job well.

It's good little power pack and started my van straight away but one thing to consider is the connection points. My VW Crafter has the battery stored under the driver's seat and the +&- terminal to jump start are in the engine bay and 0.5m between them. Unfortunately the supplied cables don't reach both but not a major issue as long as you can find a good earth somewhere else.

I bought one of these a while ago, for my work van as it stood around at times, but never had it with me when I needed to jump start another vehicle, a large battery on a Land Rover, so for quickness I ordered another one, wasn't expecting to much, gave it a full charge, vehicle wouldn't turn over, put the jump pack on, it starts to flash and tick, gave it a few seconds, turned the ignition and it started first time. It's a heavy vehicle, large engine, but these little jump pack managed a good few times until I managed to change the battery. It's got a bright light, it's a USB charger as well, an excellent little bit of kit, I've got 2, and would recommend it to anyone, for the price, and the size, absolutely fantastic.

Although a flat car battery is fairly infrequent when it happens it is really annoying. I have a diesel car with stop/start so it needs a bigger battery. One of the features of my car is if you leave the keys in the ignition overnight the systems that remain running, even with the ignition turned off, run the battery down. I think a lot of modern cars, infuriatingly, do this. The last time this happened even trying to jump start from my wife’s car and having tried a portable battery failed to start the car and I had to call the AA who, using their heavy duty power quickly got it going. Interestingly the AA technician had just come from an identical scenario and said it was quite common. All of this is to sing the praises of the Astro Power Pack which was nothing short of amazing. I connected the short jump leads to the power pack and the car battery and one touch of the ignition key and it was going! I don’t know how such power can be packed into such a small device but it will be a permanent addition to the boot of my car. It has USB ports so it can be used to power / recharge phones, tablets etc and it even has an emergency flashlight. If you are are driver this is an absolute must to give you total peace of mind.

Starts your car if you’ve got a flat battery and really simple and easy to use. Came with 75% charge, took maybe an hour on a normal speed charger to get to 100%. Value for money is spot on, getting a charger that can charge your phone, iPads, tablets and whatever else is USB while gaining the ability to jump start your car. Only bought to leave in car when flying from airports so don’t have to wait around for breakdown assistance if the battery has gone flat, giving plenty of peace of mind. Also comes with a quality storage bag.

Great, little charger this. Came quickly and came in handy for my mrs. Whose car wouldn't start the other morning. Put this on the battery terminals. Waited about 10 seconds then started the car up. Voila! Great bit of kit to have in the boot

Very convenient, powerful, holds a charge. I’ve had this for over 3 months now and it’s still at 97% which is pretty good imho. It’s a handy thing to keep in the trunk for an emergency. Not necessarily even for you but a family member or colleague - will make jump starting their car easier than opening your hood, dealing with connecting the two cars, etc.

Absolutely life saver! Charged it to full and it worked! Got my car up and running! Initially I clasped somewhere wrong and the jump starter went into protection mode, but fixed that up and it worked! I did hope that it would be more specific in the instructions for using it though. It's sufficient but still not as much as my panicking self hoped and needed.

Ich bin total begeistert, meine Erwartungen waren sehr gering, dass der kleine Kasten die Batterie meines Trabis nach langer Standzeit ausreichend beleben kann aber das funktioniert hervorragend. Das Problem ist, dass das Fahrzeug oft länger in der Tiefgarage steht und jedes Mal wenn man dann eine Runde drehen will ist die Batterie leer. Das heißt jedes mal wieder ausbauen, zu Hause aufladen und wieder hin um die geladene Batterie wieder einzubauen. Super nervig. Mit dem Ding hier, kein Problem mehr. Ich war skeptisch da der Trabant, besonders nach längerer Standzeit, recht lange zünden muss bis er wirklich anspringt und ich war mir nicht sicher ob das Gerät das auch abdeckt. Aber das klappt super und der Akku der Powerbank hat nichtmal einen Ladepunkt verloren dadurch. Ich Versuche das Fahrzeug zwar oft genug zu bewegen damit das eben nicht immer notwendig ist aber wenn dann doch mal wieder lange stand, bin ich froh das Gerät bei mir zu haben. Man merkt die Power beim betätigen der Zündung, ich hoffe, dass es keine anderen Schäden verursacht aber das Gerät soll auch nicht regelmäßig zum Einsatz kommen, nur im Fall der Fälle eben. Wird schon seinen Gang gehen. Das Kabel mit den Batterienklemmen ist separat als Stecker dabei. Das heißt man kann sie auch super als normale Powerbank verwenden. Ein kleines USB Kabel ist auch mit drin zum Aufladen der Powerbank.

Lo compre de emergencia ya que mi camioneta (Suburban 2010 8cil) amanecio sin carga de bateria y no encendía, llego el mismo dia y lo cargue al 100 y lo utilice para que arrancara la bateria y funciono en el primer intento se gasto la litad de la carga del dispositivo lo que significa que tenia otro intento de encenderla. Excelente producto.
