Pure wheat flour.
Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta is really pure wheat flour, having no maida. It is excellent in all perspectives including freshness, smell and taste. It is great value for money.

Consistency in Quality
I have tried multiple brands, tried to source grains and grind it on my own. None were more consistent than ashirvaad. Price is quite expensive. However, I would personally prefer a consistent recipe over saving a few hundreds. Without much work or time, it does result in a soft, delightful chapati.
