My husband's leg was injured years ago in a bad accident. Fast forward 40 years to him finally having his hip replaced but still missing a good 3 inches on that leg. I purchased these hoping they would give him the height back on that leg and THEY WORKED!!! The quality is amazing, they're comfortable for him to wear every day and they've helped to minimize the pain in his lower back !! They come with the shoe insert that already has a lift on it but also there's 3 additional lifts so that you can add more height if needed !!

The user of this product says the lifts are okay; however they are a bit uncomfortable causing indentations on the sole of his feet from the design. Please add cushions like Dr. Scholl insert.

This product was a total disappointment. A month after a bad fall at home and major surgery to reconstruct my ankle, with 2 weeks in a hospital, followed by 9 more days in a rehabilitation hospital, before being discharged, and able to return home. I was in a wheelchair for 6 more weeks, after I got home, before I was finally able to begin physical therapy. I ordered this item believing that it would elevate my left leg, close to the added height on my right leg, due to the thick sole of the orthopedic boot I had to wear, Sadly, this product failed. It did NOT raise my FOOT, it only raised my HEEL. I could not get close enough to the height of my injured leg with this in any of my shoes. I felt like I was skiing down a very steep slope, which caused more gait issues, and possibly safety risks as well. It had NO heel support, or any other support. It was TOO hard, and TOO rigid. It was NOT comfortable. I could NOT wear it.

Got these to attempt to relieve some back pain. They took away 7 years of sciatic pain in about 2 or 3 days. I work shift work and use these in my duty boots so they are worn for about 48 hours a week. They do rub a little on the bottom of the feet but not too bad. Take into account any position changes inside your shoes because you can get some ankle instability like I did. Ended up rolling my ankle pretty bad. Not the fault of the inserts, but might not have been as bad if I didn’t have them in.

I was excited to try these height-increase insoles, but they didn’t work out for me. Once I put them inside my shoes, my heel sat so high that it felt like my foot was almost slipping out of the shoe with every step. The extra height also changed the angle of my foot, and after a short time of walking, my feet started to hurt. The material and concept seem fine, and they do add height, but the design just isn’t comfortable or practical. Unless your shoes are very deep or designed for inserts like this, you might end up with the same problem — instability and sore feet. For me, these insoles are a “nice idea” that didn’t work in real life.

Ive got these in 3 different costumes. Some up to 8 years old and theyre still working great. Highly recommended

They work...for a few months. I've bought these several times, many years before lifts were mainstream. Quality has definitely dropped off in the past few years. They fit the shoe well, but the red "cushion" at the heel quickly breaks free, so you feel a side of your heel collapse when you're walking. I've attempted to mend with duct tape, but that doesn't last very long if you use them regularly. If adding in additional lifts, these will also get permanently crushed over time. I would not recommend these at all, and encourage others to find more solid lifts. If you're a first-time lift wearer, know these offer absolutely no support, and they can lead to significant foot, toe, and knee pain.
