I have tried a bunch of other creatines from Walmart and Amazon and recently I tried the bloom creatine which I believed would be the top of the line best stuff and it was good but NOTHING compares to this creatine. It may seem a little pricey (and its really not if you go by servings) but it is 100% worth it! NO other creatine offers the boost that this brand gives you! It doesn't cause stomach problems and I'll do 15 grams some days still with no issues. You can literally mix it into your coffee and it doesn't change the flavor or anything, and that is why its the best. Because of its solubility it makes it way more bioavailable to your system and it can work in the cells instead of on top of them which can lead to water retention and that swollem edema type look. This stuff is the best and I highly recommend it to everyone!

A few pluses for me-the Original (unflavored) has no taste. I've had unflavored products before, but they still have a taste. This is tasteless. Also, despite other reviews I've read, it dissolves quickly, no lumps. The texture is rather like arrow root or confectioners sugar. I've only used a few 1 scoops so far; maybe 2 or 3 scoops don't dissolve as well. In addition, the Suggested Use says to use 16oz of room-temp water. I've used cold water and the powder dissolved just fine. The only reason for 4 stars is I haven't been taking it long enough (just a few days) to notice a difference in my strength.

To save some time to newbies, I'll start with an advice: ALL creatines need PLENTY OF WATER. One 5 gr scoop requires at least 16 ounces of water, not only to properly dissolve, but to not upset your stomach, get absorbed by your digestive tract and get right to your mitochondria (if you don't know what it is, it's the part of our cells that produces energy). That said, let's get to the review: this is my favorite creatine. It is the ONLY one that dissolves completely, doesn't upset my stomach, doesn't cause bloating and doesn't have a chalky taste. I've been using it for over a year but I just decided to switch my subscription to Amazon. It's the most studied supplements, so don't be scared of using it. Talk to your primary doctor just to be safe, in case you have any condition.

Product has great marketing but lacks in packaging, the resealable bag failed after the first day(the ziplock does not work and yes I opened correctly), it didn’t come with the silica tabs to prevent clumping, when I mixed it it seemed cloudy not clear like they showed in marketing, wish I was able to use the whole bag to review the product results but unfortunately it got hard as concrete, hope I just got a bad batch and you have a better experience than I did, I cannot buy this product again as the experience wasn’t worth the price to go at it again
