Great product and shipping was great! Mixes easily and tastes good. It lasts approximately a month which is okay. The ingredients are pretty basic: creatine monohydrate 5g, sugar, 2g contains: cane sugar, citric acid, natural raspberry flavor, and stevia. I’ve tried other brands and some don’t mix or taste well but will cost less than this one. The value is okay for creatine… on the other hand, you can find some that may be less expensive but may not mix as easily. However, I like that this company offers various flavors and the customer service is excellent if you need to contact them.

My husband loves this stuff! It's tasteless so you can add it to coffee, water, etc. It also doesn't clump so you don't even know it's in there! He is a repeat buyer!!

No bloating and breaks down quickly

The product itself tastes great. The instructions state to mix with room temperature water. One scoop mixes well with 16 oz of water, no residue, great taste. The problem is the package. It's a well made resealable envelope, but the ziplock portion isn't sealed inside the package, so approximately one full serving of the product is caught up above the ziplock channel - and in the channel. The new unopened package can't be opened without losing a serving. After opening, trying to clear product out of the zip channel to allow sealing was futile. I transferred the whole thing to a Glad brand zip lock lunch bag. But for the frustrating package, I'd have given it 5 stars.
