I caution you to not just go out and buy any old supplement. This vitamin C is not the cheapest on the market, which is a good thing. It's fine to go with discount products in many areas, but things you put in your body is NOT one of those areas. Many supplements and vitamins are loaded with all types of extra junk, or the quality of the target vitamin is often sub-par.Not the case with c-500...The ingredients are quality and it doesn't contain corn starch which can be a major issue if you have any sensitivity to corn as many people do. This is a great product that you should seriously consider if you're looking for a high quality, easy to swallow vitamin C supplement.
