It flows smoothly as is. **Q: How many people will a 4-lb bag serve? We are hosting a party with 100 guests.** A: One bag should feed about 20 people. For a group of 100, we recommend 10-12 lbs of chocolate. **Q: Is this chocolate good for making candy?or will it be to thin?** A: It is thin when melted but get very hard once it cools down. I've only used it in the fountain so I'm not real sure about its candy making properties. **Q: How much will 4 lbs of this chocolate generally serve?** A: I have a triple level fountain which requires a minimum of 6 pounds of chocolate so I put a bag and a half into it fro the on-sel. About half-way thru the night, I need to put the other 1/2 of the bag. At the end of the night (6 hours later), there would be about 3-4 lbs of melted chocolate on the fountain. I’ve had fondue chocolate before and don’t care for it normally as it’s always kinda chalky so I usually just buy the hotel chocolate dipping box. This stuff however is a game changer! It’s smooth and creamy, perfect chocolate taste, not watery and powdery.
