The three speed fan is more powerful than I expected. It could be considered noisy, but really not bad for this price point. No noisier than the microwave it replaced. LED lights are nice and evenly sheds the light over the whole area. I’d like them to be a bit brighter, but I have high expectations. One real pain was recognizing the big templates they provide are not actual size. Totally useless as a template, but rather just an informative drawing. Even then, I miss drilled the hole for the electric cord as the dimensions were wrong.
