Every day is seems to be getting lower and will not respond to trying to raise the height?** A: I came to search the comments for this topic because I am experiencing the same issue, was curious if anyone else mentioned it and I see I'm not alone. The chair is NOT staying elevated. It gradually sinks throughout the day. This JUST started happening and I've only been using the chair for less than 3 months. It will elevate, but it just keeps gradually sinking until it's at its lowest height. I've so very disappointed. I will contact the seller to see if I have any options with this purchase. :-( **Q: Are the wheels removable?** A: yes ...the wheels are removable. When the chair arrives you have to assemble it. Its easy. The wheels are something that you just press in. If you pull on them hard enough, they will come back out. I just did it to mine to make sure. Actually I already know this....I've been a furniture mover for 38 years. I deal with this kind of thing all the time. I have no idea why you would want to take them out, but the chair would sit flat...you could still swivel but you couldn't roll.
