Lot of wrinkles, and not sticking. Looks no good

Came with a lot of white coloured dust.
As the picture shows. Had to first wash it with water, dry it, and even then there were spots of dirt that I had to clean manually. Poor storage conditions in the warehouse I suppose. But haven't noticed any hard stains and end result is ok after cleaning.
