My relay had the same marking as the one I got, worked great fridge is working great for a few bucks.

I recommend you extensively research this -- what is the brand name of your wine cooler, etc? When I used this part for my wine cooler, I found explicit mention of the brand and model number.

Does it matter that my old relay has 2 pins and this one has 3 pins

the starter is usually 2 pins so this should work anyway

If you remove the old one and it is a one pin then probably o k but if you have a two pin then you need another type. Mine was for a Danby mini fridge two pin and cost 10.00 These starters are not expensive and usually do the trick
