Is the inner seal supposed to be open after cracking the outer seal?

Yes, the inner seal is intended to be pierced and mostly displaced by the twisting action of the outer cap upon initially opening. Previous double-sealed cartons required the inner seal foil to be manually cut and removed-a small, but avoidable nuisance

How do you get away charging over 9 dls for something that cost 3 everywhere else?

Their price for this Chai tea fluctuates up and down so frequently, it's ridiculous. Starting to find this isn't the best place to buy certain things that are cheaper ANYWHERE else.

I don't see Kosher symbol? False advertising??

Perhaps I'm missing something but, I looked and looked and I don't see anything, anywhere saying that it IS Kosher. If it doesn't say it, how is that False Advertising? I don't see it anywhere on the countainer and that is where it should/would be if it were stated as being Kosher.
