Excellent, and helpful customer service
Very impressive as UPS. Stormwatch is cool, to automatically charge battery fully before impending storm. Is being used for computer and monitor, as well as pellet stove in winter. Perfect for camping, heavy but not too heavy. Customer service through email was great answering questions and timely.

Very happy with this power station
I bought this so I could charge my e bike when camping without power. It did that just fine. The solar panels charged it back up on a sunny afternoon. An unexpected benefit was I could plug my trailer power cord into it and run my microwave and power up the 120V outlets. the only improvement for me would be for the connectors on the solar panels to be mounted at the top rather than the bottom so they'd stay cleaner when used on dirt.

high capacity and low weight
great power at your own hands ultra hight quality it can recharge at high speed 75% in half hour I use at home at camping. in afield trip vacations because this way you don't need to ask for a recharge your phones and you can recharge in the car with the solar panel at home or wind turbine ultra portable and Anker brand you can go wrong

A great power station!
It works great! I've only used it for a week, but I'm pleased with its performance, Its a size and weight my wife and I can carry, ( I am a senior). It charges fast and seems to last when plugged into a 110 house current. ( I opted for the 200W solar panels, perhaps I didn't allow enough time but it seemed slow to recharge the power station) I was in the market for something to keep a couple of table lamps on, charge our phones and laptops during a power outage. (Our longest power outage was around 13 hours) My plan is to now purchase a larger power station to run a refrigerator, TV and fan, and on wheels for portability.

Peace of mind
I've had various trials and tribulations with gas and duel fuel gennies over the years, and I've come to hate everything about them. I purchased a smaller power station a couple of years ago to power my router and laptop during outages while working from home; it worked perfectly, but was obviously too small for larger appliances. So, I gave this Anker a try. In testing, it powered my full sized fridge for over 8 hours with about 20% power remaining. I then tested my chest freezer, and it lasted even longer. I also tried the solar charging (and even bought a second set of panels) and it works very well in full sun. I have since had to use this device beyond just testing, and it has powered everything I've needed for the duration I needed. With the extra solar panels (and longer extension cables), I feel confident that I could get longer run time as needed. I'm very glad I made this purchase - it's so much easier than generators.

Extremely happy with this purchase
This power station is amazing! I ordered it for power outages and camping trips and as luck would have it my power was out for a few hours a few days after it arrived. I was about to run my router, TV, work laptop and my soundbar for 3 and half hours and it only used 11% of the battery. This think has 5 AC ports and the app makes control and charging a breeze. I'm super impressed with this power station and I'm looking forward to using it more. I haven't used the 200w panels that came with it yet but I did charge it a bit with a 100w panel that I already had it and available. I can't say enough good things about this power station, my only gripe if I had to say something is the gen 2 comes with the power inlet plug to plug directly into your breaker box if you're setup for a generator and this one does not have that. I made this purchase knowing it didn't have it so it's no big deal at all. This power station is decently heavy but it feel extremely well made and of great quality. I work from home and in the winter I have about 3 days each year when my power goes out, so I was looking for something that could power my router, TV, and laptop for a full day. I have smaller power stations that can charger either my laptop or my router but none that can do both. If you're looking for a backup power option, I'd defensively consider this power station and panels.
