Third time purchasing and it works great. Haven’t had any issues with it. It last as long as the HP ink and the quality is just as good. Printer has never had an issue recognizing the ink cartridge. There isn’t a warning before an ink cartridge runs out so I like to have a back up on hand. Much more affordable

Some devices show a problem using or will not work at all. Of course if you contact Smart Ink, they will give you a work around that is simple and easy. Next, the price is right, it works great, and I will be making further purchases from them for my printing needs.

Great ink at a realistic price! Quality seems to be the same as HP, I'm not printing museum quality photos or anything.... My first 2 cartridges innately done, I just got a message saying HP couldn't verify them, but I was ankle to still use them. 3rd cartridge got the incompatibile error. I opened a WhatsApp message and got an almost immediate response. They sent me a link, I followed the super easy instructions, and I was printing within minutes.

Cartridges are ACTUALLY COMPATIBLE with HP 8710, the ink is dark and bright; installation was SUPER SMOOTH--opened the 8710 door, removed the old cartridges (refillable and not the same brand of generic), put in the new cartridges, closed the door, the 8710 made the usual noises, accepted them immediately and started printing the docs waiting in the queue. No problems whatsoever. Because installation was easy and the colors are dark and bright, I immediately bought a 2nd pack as a reserve.

I bought these replacement cartridges, and they would not work with my HP printer (HP software blocked them because they weren't HP). I contacted the company and the service was EXCELLENT! They shipped me out a new set that arrived the very next day! And they work just fine. I was really impressed with the responsiveness of this company! I will buy from them again!!

I don't often leave reviews, but I am so impressed with this company's commitment to making sure their product works for the customer that I feel compelled to share! Since these ink cartridges are not actually the HP brand, they come with detailed instructions on what to do if your printer does not recognize them BECAUSE they are non-HP catridges. Sure enough, my printer didn't want to cooperate, so I contacted the company (they make it VERY EASY!) and I followed their very thorough, but easy to understand, instructions (I am NOT a tech-savvy person) and my printer is now working perfectly again! They also provided detailed follow-up instructions on how to change my printer settings so I won't encounter similar problems in the future.👍 I really appreciated the superb customer service and the very customer-friendly way they anticipated possible problems a customer might encounter & therefore included instructions on what to do about it. They even supplied disposable plastic gloves for handling the ink cartridges to avoid potential messiness (altho I didn't encounter any issues with that, I used the gloves just in case anyway & found it a very thoughtful gesture on their part!). They have secured my repeat business next time I need to replace my ink cartridges!

Perfect fit! I will say I was a little skeptical when I first ordered these cartridges only because of the price point, but to get the genuine HP replacement cartridges is around $150 for all 4 colors. WOW was I impressed with the smart ink compatible cartridges. They work fantastic and for less than $40 you seriously can’t go wrong! I will absolutely be repurchasing in the future! Perfect for anyone looking to save over $100 on the HP replacement cartridges.

I purchased HP 952 compatible ink cartridges twice via Amazon. The first time they worked amazing and was very impressed with the quality and obviously the price. The second time we constantly have to clean our print heads to use it as it doesn't print the correct colors every couple of weeks. Was thinking I should just go back to using the brand product but decided to contact Smart Ink customer service. WOW!!! Was so impressed with the customer service. No hassle at all and issued a new replacement after only chatting online for a min. Dont know how the new ones will work as I haven't received them yet. But wanted to give a shout out to the customer service they hit it out of the park. So thankful at least some business know how to provide excellent customer service. Wish more companies did too. 5 star service 3 star product.

It won’t work with 8715

I got this as a replacement ink for my 8720 HP Officejet Pro. Once installed the cartridges, the printer recognized them as incompatible. Despite the manufacturer's assertion that they are compatible. Also, it didn't help to follow the manufacturer's suggestion and turn off the auto firmware update in the printer. The printer simply did not agree to work with these cartridges. This is a piece of junk --- never again I will buy anything from this company.

Installed in my HP 8720. System did recognize it as a non HP set of cartridges but they still work just fine. Quality of the printing is the same. Beats spending over $120 for HP cartridges.
