Great for laminating dough
I absolutely love this for rolling out dough. I haven't had an issue with warping as another has raised. There's a slight learning curve putting it together, but it's not at all difficult and by the 2nd or 3rd time it's easy.

Works but board warps
The laminator is decent for what I paid. Theres definitely a learning curve but once you've used it a few times, it saves a ton of time. I use it for making croissaints and sfogliatelle. However, the board warped and theres a arch in the middle now so the dough doesnt roll evenly and I have to make more turns than I would if hand rolling. I have to keep the board on the floor with weight on it to flatten it out again.

It’s truly wonderful!
I’ve been using it for about a week now, and it has made rolling out the dough so much easier. So far, I’ve mainly been using it for croissants. There were so many similar dough sheeters available that I chose this one because its price is mid-range. This machine seems well-built and handles croissant dough really well.
