Too soon to review - but preliminary impression is that it lives up to expectations. I am upgrading from the 550 to 650, on account of the USB-C port. This feels a bit heavier than the 550, but it does not bother me when in use. 550's Micro-USB port is broken and only charges if I put it in Yoga positions. I have ruled out cable and charger etc. as the root cause by trying many. I am hoping USB-C will last longer due to its design.

Update after 30 days started having functional issues, would turn off or volume all the way down on its own, tried doing an update, will not update, been in contact with manufacturer they acknowledge issues with firmware updates, with iPhones, keep wanting me to use an android phone to update, would not recommend until they fix the issues. Have bought several over the past few years and this is great quality in sound on both sides

Honestly its the worst high end headset I've ever owned. It disconnects randomly, turns off for no reason, and cuts off at times which causes me to need my clients to repeat themselves. I thought maybe its a manufacturing flaw with this item so I sent it back and bought another one. Same problem. 1 star is fair because atleast the microphone is good. Unfortunately, I need to keep my calls to 2 or 3 minutes then find a safe place to park and reconnect/make sure its still connected. Unless theres some massive fix fast, im returning asap but reviews have said the same for years so I don't think they can
