Quality stuff and not too pricey. **Q: 03 Chevy Monte Carlo downstream 3800 will it fit** A: It fit my 1999 Pontiac Bonneville with the 3800,works great **Q: Does the sensor come with wiring harness and plug** A: No. Wiring the old connector was not difficult, but you must be careful choosing the right wires as colors were not the same as my 2003 Buick.
