what is the lightest color milani sells in this foundation?

Actually, Milani sells 3 lighter shades on their website. From lightest to darkest: 00A: Porcelain: Fair with neutral pink undertones 00B Light: Fair with yellow undertones 00 Light Natural: Light with peach undertones I'm fairly certain these shades aren't carried in stores either. I'm going to the check out the 00B - hopefully it's light enough.

Maybe 3 or 4? I am usually light to med as well and I wear 3 (but I am Caucasian and not really tan). Since you are Latina, maybe you have a bit more of a golden color, so maybe go with 4? I'm assuming either of those. Try to find some swatches of 3 and 4 on Y o u T u b e!
