It may well be that I have a wider ear canal but I don't find these very effective. A friend of mine says they work very well for her.

I was impressed by the four included sizes - getting a good seal was easy for me, and they’re extremely comfortable. As a side sleeper, I barely noticed them at all once in place. They claim 30dB noise reduction, and while they don’t make you deaf to the world, they do an excellent job cutting out background and ambient sounds. Light street noise, distant TV, or the hum of appliances disappears into the background, making it much easier to drift off. However, a really loud snorer might still come through, just less sharply. I haven’t tested them at a festival or with loud music, but for sleep, they’re a great upgrade over cheap foam plugs - no “plugged up” feeling, and no discomfort even after a full night. The small carry case is very handy for travel. Bargain at £6.99 Best for: Light sleepers, side sleepers, and anyone wanting a comfortable, reusable way to reduce daily noise.
