After trying a few different supplements, this is the one that actually made a noticeable difference for me. The ingredients feel well balanced, easy on my stomach, and with consistent use I’ve experienced steady improvement without any side effects.

I have been taking these consistently for a little while now. I initially started taking them for nerve pain in my leg and feet. I was really surprised when they actually helped my carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands as an added bonus. The capsules “stick” in my throat if I don’t take them with a lot of water. I thought the price was kinda high but there are really a lot of doses in the bottle and I feel like it’s worth it because the actually work.

This has to be the first review I’ve written on Amazon in years. I really wanted to hop on here and let everyone just how amazing this supplement is. I know I just bought it and it can take 2-3 months to see results, but I can already tell this is great and exactly what I was looking for. I was searching everywhere for an all in one supplement to have what I need to help repair my mind and body from years of heavy metals and no one came close to including everything you need except for these guys! From the ALA and B1 and B12 to the turmeric and other floral ingredients, I add this with magnesium malate, vitamin d, potassium citrate, silicic acid I get from Fiji water, and nascent iodine, and I am feeling the detox happening! We really don’t realize how much aluminum and other heavy metals our bodies have accumulated over the years or decades of our lives, and this combination in addition to filtering out water with Berkey filters and eating a clean diet really has saved my life and my sanity. I am only 27 years old and I was experiencing a lot of autoimmune disorders, issues with my adrenals, my mental stability with depression and insomnia were suffering, and even having more issues with my autism, and I seriously can’t thank you enough for this. Going gluten free and eating grass fed beef and milk has helped a lot. I also eat coconut oil, olive oil, lemon and apple cider vinegar water, and inulin powder to further help detox my system from all the toxins. My eye sight has already gotten better and I feel less diabetic as well. It’s simple amazing and I’ve only just started. Rebounding on my mini trampoline has helped get my lymph fluid moving good again as well. I can only imagine how I’m going to feel in 3 months from now and for only $30, this is a steal! Please don’t stop offering this amazing product, thank you for you attention to detail picking each ingredient. This is definitely not just for diabetic nerve damage, I believe everyone should be taking this! I hope this helps and I hope this product gets the recognition it deserves.

I have a lot of nerve pain in my feet all of the time so I ordered these to see if they would help with that at all. I’m so happy to say I’ve noticed a difference in my feet pain for sure. They are high quality and easy to swallow with o bad taste. A normal capsule size. If you are having nerve pain I definitely recommend giving these a try. They have made such a difference for me and make my days so much easier.

I’m already impressed with the ingredient profile. Finding a supplement that combines Alpha Lipoic Acid (600mg), Benfotiamine, and Turmeric in one go is a huge win for my daily lineup. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any of the harsh chemical smell you sometimes find with high-dose B-vitamin or ALA supplements. It feels like a very "clean" formula, and I’m excited to see how the combination of L-Carnitine and Turmeric helps with my overall energy and nerve health as I move forward with my hobbies and daily life. I have noticed a difference in my feet. They dont fallaslerp as easily or get cold.

Packing was neat and pill size was decent and doesn’t smell bad. Worth for the price that is paid. As pill size is decent it’s easy to swallow and the quality is really good.

This review is for the seller after several attempts to reach customer support with no success at all. As for the product I do feel like it has helped with my neuropathy pain in my feet. I will buy through eBay from now on as it is much cheaper there!
