I'd give this 10-15 minutes before moisturizing, or at least let it dry completely. **Q: Are these pads individually wrapped?** A: No, its just the container with all the pads inside **Q: Does it take off makeup** A: I've used them to remove makeup on ocassion instead of micellar water. I swipe as much makeup off as I can then wash my face as normal. I wear lightweight makeup, though. Might not be effective for long wear or waterproof makeup. **Q: Does it remove blackheads? I have so many on my nose and it gets really oily. I live in a humid hot country.** A: It has a textured side which can help remove the black heads.
